Ship's softball team 1984 jersey.  This was the season we won the mythical Mayport Minesweep

Championship by defeating the crews of the ENGAGE and EXULTANT on the diamond.

Ship's softball team 1985 jersey.  I broke my ankle in a game just a few weeks before an MRCI we

had been preparing to undergo.  The captain cancelled the remainder of the games to avoid losing any

more crewmen before the inspection.  Not a popular move, but the ship did do very well on the MRCI . . .
