We were the visit-ship at Savannah's famous St. Patrick's Day celebration in 1985. They throw a great street festival that draws tens of thousands each year. The command had a lot (hundreds at least, maybe thousands) of these little stickers made up, and by the end of the weekend we had them plastered on every surface we could find. Come to think of it, some of the crew may have been a bit plastered too . . .
